When you click “DONATE NOW” above, you’ll be taken to the Wilson family donation page at Donorbox. The monies received will help us cover our medical expenses from 2025, and provide the necessary funds to finish the new music so Eddie can use it to spread the good news.
The medical treatment last year was very expensive, and your generous gift will go toward medical bills and medications that have totalled over $12,000 out of pocket already. Before insurance the medical charges totaled over $200,000, so we are really grateful for protection and provision, but new bills for visits and medication changes keep coming. One medication change this spring will require a three-day hospital stay, so we are preparing for another large bill there.

As long as Eddie’s health continues to improve, we will be bringing the music to the communities where it will do the most good. That means local jam sessions and songwriting events, blues-centered worship events, and more. Whatever the Lord requires, we will go.
But first, the bills:
As we mentioned before, last year’s medical bills came to around $12,000 out of pocket. There is now the ongoing cost of eight heart medications and new medical bills that are expected to be around $5,000 each year.
With all of that on our plate it would be easy to let the new recording project wait, but we’ve been clearly instructed in prayer to finish it, so we’re asking for your help as it nears completion. Eddie was out of work for six months, and during his recovery some very talented old friends (and some new ones, too!) contributed excellent music from all over the country. Without their help we never would have made it this far!. Now we are close to the finish, and the music will finally be released on April 10, 2026, exactly one year after Eddie’s cardiac arrest. Total expenses for production, distribution, and marketing of the music are expected to be around $7,500.
We have been blessed by $8,000 in contributions to date, so to finish the work we are setting a goal of $16,000 for this fundraising effort. This is a challenging goal, but with your help we will make it happen!
